1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with our service, software, or application, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Services or subscriptions must be canceled before their next renewal date to qualify for a refund.
  • Digital products (such as downloadable apps or software licenses) are refundable only if unused or unactivated.
  • Custom-built software, personalized projects, or services already rendered are non-refundable unless there is a material defect or failure on our part.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@eveinnovation.com with:
    • Order number or invoice ID
    • Name of the service or product purchased
    • Reason for refund request
  2. We’ll review your request and respond within 3 business days with next steps.

4. Software & Licensing Refunds

  • Software and license purchases can be refunded if they haven’t been activated or installed.
  • For subscription-based apps and services, refunds may be prorated based on time already used.
  • Once a product key is activated or a service is consumed, refunds cannot be offered unless proven defective.

5. Inspection & Refunds

Once we verify your refund eligibility:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • We do not refund setup fees or custom development fees after work has commenced.
  • If a refund is not approved, we will provide a detailed explanation.

6. Exchanges & Store Credit

Prefer a service exchange or store credit? Let us know — we offer equivalent-value exchanges or credits valid for up to one year.

7. Defective or Buggy Software

If you experience any major bugs, defects, or failures, please report them within 10 days. Once verified, we’ll attempt to resolve the issue or issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

This policy is independent of any warranties that may apply under our Terms of Service or Software License Agreement. Warranty claims must follow the terms specified in those agreements.
